Ein <strong>10-min\u00fctiges Ausdauer-Kraft-Workout<\/strong> das deine Deadlift-Technik verbessert. Es besteht zwar nur aus <strong>einer einzigen \u00dcbung<\/strong> (du hast es erraten: dem Deadlift), aber lass dich nicht von seiner scheinbaren Einfachheit t\u00e4uschen \u2013 Lift Off hat es in sich.<\/p>\n<p>Lift Off sollte als ein <strong>10-min\u00fctiges EMOM<\/strong> ausgef\u00fchrt werden. Wie du inzwischen wahrscheinlich wei\u00dft, <strong>steht EMOM f\u00fcr Every Minute On The Minute.<\/strong> Stelle deine Stoppuhr auf 10 Minuten und f\u00fchre zu Beginn jeder Minute einen <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/191952517\/e80f9d88df\">Deadlift<\/a><\/span> aus. Halte dich dabei an folgendes Schema:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minute: 15 Deadlifts, dann Pause<\/li>\n<li>Minute: 14 Deadlifts, dann Pause<\/li>\n<li>Minute: 13 Deadlifts, dann Pause<\/li>\n<li>Minute: 12 Deadlifts, dann Pause<\/li>\n<li>Minute: 11 Deadlifts, dann Pause<\/li>\n<li>Minute: 10 Deadlifts, dann Pause<\/li>\n<li>Minute: 9 Deadlifts, dann Pause<\/li>\n<li>Minute: 8 Deadlifts, dann Pause<\/li>\n<li>Minute: 7 Deadlifts, dann Pause<\/li>\n<li>Minute: 6 Deadlifts, dann Pause<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wahl der Gewichte:<\/strong> W\u00e4hle Gewichte aus, mit denen du ohne gro\u00dfe Schwierigkeiten 15 Wiederholungen durchf\u00fchren kannst.<\/p>\n<p>In den ersten Runden hast du weniger Zeit zum Ausruhen.
