Sculpt your hips, thighs, calves, glutes and abs in this\none simple-yet-effective move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Slowly slide your back\ndown a wall until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Knees should be\ndirectly above your ankles and your back should be straight.<\/li><li>Tighten the core and\nhold for one minute. <\/li><li>Rest, then repeat for\ntwo minutes, gradually increasing the minutes with each repetition until your\nlegs start to tremble. Fire!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/191960515\/0a7cfad765\">5. Squat jumps<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Squats are the ultimate bodyweight exercise.
