Es kombiniert Cardio- und Krafttraining, um w\u00e4hrend des Trainings mehr Kalorien zu verbrennen \u2013 und dank Nachbrenneffekt auch danach noch.<\/strong> Gleichzeitig kurbelt es deinen Stoffwechsel an und hilft dir, Muskeln aufzubauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit diesem <strong>metabolischen Kraft-Workout<\/strong> kannst du alle diese Vorteile voll aussch\u00f6pfen.
