Kinesis Reverse Lunge to Row is a functional full body strength exercise which helps to improve balance and coordination between the upper and lower body. It combines two functional pillars – locomotion and pull.
Stand in front of the Kinesis machine with your feet at the distance of your hips.
Hold the grips of the cables at the height of your chest and keep your arms engaged and straight in front of you.
Engage the core and step backwards. While lowering yourself, pull the cables backwards.
Keep your core engaged, step forward and extend your arms. Get back to your starting position.
