Maintain this tight shape as you pull the elbows towards your hips, lifting the chest towards the bar. Return under control and repeat for reps.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>WHY<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The pull pattern is a fundamental human movement that is often overlooked and under-trained.
