It will engage the core throughout the entire movement.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>HOW<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Keep core and glutes tight and squeeze shoulder blades together. Bend the elbows and lean forwards, maintaining body in a straight line. Return under control and repeat.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>WHY<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The unstable nature of this exercise will naturally require you to move slowly with more control.
