Meet Jakub Jandura, from <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/evofitness.at\/en\/evo-vienna-berggasse\/\">EVO Vienna Berggasse<\/a><\/span>, and uncover a special EVO workout designed for strength and endurance training.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>What do you like best about personal training and what lead you towards sports?<\/h3>\n<p>I&#8217;m doing <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/evofitness.at\/en\/personal-training\/\">personal training<\/a><\/span>, to show people the advantages of an active lifestyle. I work with my clients on their <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/evofitness.at\/en\/movement-health-2\/\">movements<\/a><\/span>, especially the basics like <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/evofitness.at\/en\/tutorial-deep-squat\/\">squats<\/a><\/span> and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/evofitness.at\/en\/tutorial-lunge-with-forward-reach\/\">lunges<\/a><\/span>. We were born to move, and so movement should be taken for granted like the need for food.<\/p>\n<p>I myself do sports to feel fit and good. I&#8217;ve grown up with different kind of physical activities.\u00a0 Setting myself goals and reaching them is rewarded by my\u00a0own satisfaction &#8211; there is no better MOTIVATION!<\/p>\n<h3>What is your favorite EVO area? Why?<\/h3>\n<p>It&#8217;s difficult to say, which area is my favorite one, but if I had\u00a0to choose between all of them, I think I&#8217;d go for the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/evofitness.at\/en\/press-play\/\">Playground<\/a><\/span>. It has free weights and bars and allows you to challenge yourself and improve your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/evofitness.at\/en\/training-that-makes-sense\/\">natural movements<\/a><\/span>!<\/p>\n<h3>What are your next goals and what is your best workout to achieve them?<\/h3>\n<p>My next goals are connected strength and endurance training. Why? Because I love combining natural movements, the complex and the easier ones, but it&#8217;s only possible if your endurance is good enough.
