You&#8217;ll be using your upper body and your lower body to replicate a movement that is daily used in numerous chores.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>WHAT<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Kinesis low to high chop is a functional exercise.<\/li>\n<li>Builds up core strength and stability combined with torso rotation.<\/li>\n<li>Generates power and strength in the lower and upper body.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>HOW<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Standing with your back turned to the Kinesis One, hold one of the cable grips with both hands and twist your torso with arms extended.<\/li>\n<li>Feet must point to the cable side and you must be in a lunge position.<\/li>\n<li>Activate your core.<\/li>\n<li>Rotate your ankle to opposite side.<\/li>\n<li>As you twist your hip activating both abs and glutes, extend your legs and use your back and chest to stabilize the scapula and elevate your arms until your head.<\/li>\n<li>The movement must be finished with both feet pointed to opposite cable on a lunge position.<\/li>\n<li>Turn to the initial position, twisting your torso, and stabilizing the scapula.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>WHY<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Increases functional strength and mobility in a full-body activation mode.<\/li>\n<li>Promotes core activation.<\/li>\n<li>Promotes coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Promotes joint mobility.<\/li>\n<li>Increases power.<\/li>\n<li>Increases agility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Kinesis low to high chop\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/194010550?h=57763ed3e4&amp;dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"500\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4>Did you like the Kinesis low to high chop tutorial?
