However, some factors can discourage even those fully aligned with our philosophy,&nbsp;<strong>one of which is not seeing any results<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We know how frustrating this can be<\/strong>. You&#8217;re putting in the effort; you&#8217;re eating healthier; sometimes, you even work out twice a day.&nbsp;<strong>Nonetheless, you feel like you have hit a plateau<\/strong>, which is particularly infuriating when you&#8217;re eager to reap the benefits of all your hard work.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No need to stress about it \u2014&nbsp;<strong>there are several reasons this might be happening<\/strong>, and we are here to help you discover which one might be. A good night of sleep is vital to restore our muscles, regenerate cells and help us become stronger. In fact,<strong>&nbsp;we produce most of the human growth during deep sleep<\/strong>. If you have a hard time getting to sleep,&nbsp;<strong>avoid exposure to blue lights from our smartphones, tablets and computers.&nbsp;<\/strong>You should also make sure your bedroom is&nbsp;<strong>quiet, calm, clean and enjoyable before snuggling up.&nbsp;<\/strong>Lastly,&nbsp;<strong>avoid heavy workouts before tucking in<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 you&#8217;ll pump out adrenaline which is not an ideal contributor to falling asleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 &#8211; Overtraining &#8211; yes, that&#8217;s a thing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pushing our bodies too far can lead to <strong>physical and mental fatigue, strained muscles, ligaments and joints, as well as poor performance and unachieved personal goals<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/evofitness.at\/en\/overtraining\/\">Overtraining<\/a> exists and might be pushing you back. If you&#8217;re unsure whether you are overtraining or not, <strong>there are three ways to identify it easily<\/strong>: You exercise for&nbsp;<strong>too long<\/strong>&nbsp;without giving the body time to rest and repair tissue and muscle damage. You always push yourself to&nbsp;<strong>higher limits too quickly<\/strong>, hoping for fast, immediate results.
