And that&#8217;s exactly what this workout tries to replicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus, since this season is all about running around, we\u2019ve created a <strong>Christmas circuit workout<\/strong> that channels the same festive frenzy. It features <strong>5 exercises to perform back-to-back<\/strong>, followed by a <strong>1-minute rest<\/strong>. Repeat for <strong>5 rounds<\/strong> and, in just <strong>20 minutes<\/strong>, you\u2019ll be ready to take over Santa\u2019s job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sled pull \u2014 full length of the turf strip<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kettlebell overhead lunge (right arm) \u2014 8 to 10 reps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kettlebell overhead lunge (left arm) \u2014 8 to 10 reps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kettlebell swings \u2014 12\u201315 reps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sled push \u2014 full length of the turf strip.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ready to beat Santa?
