40-MIN FULL-BODY MOBILITY SESSION

ALL LEVELS / home workout / full-body mobility session / 30 minutes

Equipment: Chair or bench and mat

Today we leave you in the good hands of our personal trainer Matthias Kegelmann, from EVO Fitness in Basel, for a 40-minute full-body mobility training.

Since these days we are staying home, you will be needing only a chair or a bench to perform this session.

Some of these exercises involve simple seated movements, which you can implement in your daily life, even while working at your desk.

So sit back — literally — and enjoy!

  3. Chin to chest 
  4. Neck rotation 
  5. Spinal waves 
  6. Pelvis tilt 
  7. Hip circles 
  8. External and internal hip rotation 
  9. Arm circles 
  10. External and internal arm rotation 
  11. Shoulder stretch
  12. Hip stretch 
  13. Hamstring stretch
  14. Hip flexors stretch
