Functional Training – moving like a child

13th April 2017

Training becomes a completely new experience at EVO. Here is what happens when we break the boundaries of conventional workouts.

Pushing the boundaries of convention

“When we train, it’s easy to stick to what you already know. At EVO, we love to think outside of the box. And the best way to do this is by forgetting sets/reps and just press play. Sometimes you have to think like a child; look at equipment in a slightly different way; or push the boundaries of conventional use.

This evening I took the opportunity to test out the spaces at EVO Berggasse, Vienna. Looking at movement horizontally, vertically and of course upside down.

This is what happens when you leave the Product Director after hours at an EVO club. I can’t help myself.”
