This week, Ally Njama, our personal trainer from EVO Bern in Switzerland, is in charge of your home workout. Join him for a 60-minute core strength and flexibility session that focuses on your mid-section and on your ability to stretch.

You will usually perform two or more exercises before you move on to a stretch move. But who’s better than Ally to guide you and be with you during this 60-minutes session.
