EVO OPEN DOOR DAYS RELOADED
We are happy to announce, that because of the huge success of the first edition of our EVO OPEN DOOR DAYS, we have decided to right away start the second round – EVO OPEN DOOR DAYS RELOADED!
For 3 weeks, starting the 17th October, all EVO members, as well as all those who are interested in EVO and want to get to know the club in Berggasse, have the opportunity to participate in different workouts free of charge!
Every Tuesday and Thursday our personal trainers Adrian and Jakub will offer the following workouts:
Tabata Training with Jakub
Tuesdays (17th, 24th and 31st October)
Tabata is a kind of HIIT training. It lasts 4 minutes – short but very intensive. This kind of training stimulates the burning of fat cells not only during the practices but also 24h after it! Tabata is the fast workout for fat reduction. Come and try it!

Back, Shoulder and Hip Mobility Training with Adrian
Thursdays (19th, 26th October and 2nd November)
We all want to move better and with less pain or restrictions. To achieve this, we have to do at least a little to improve our mobility a daily basis. During this 30-minute session, Adrian will show you 3 ways, how to train the mobility of your back, shoulder and hips.

IMPORTANT: We open the registration for the workouts of the following week only on Friday. As there can be only up to 5 participants per workout, we want to make sure that all workouts are not fully booked already during the first week.
