The TRX Chest Press is a challenging whole body exercise that utilizes the push movement pattern. It will engage the core throughout the entire movement.
Keep core and glutes tight and squeeze shoulder blades together. Bend the elbows and lean forwards, maintaining body in a straight line. Return under control and repeat.
The unstable nature of this exercise will naturally require you to move slowly with more control. This translates into enhanced joint stability and better awareness of posture.
