EVO OPEN DOOR DAYS are back!
From mid-September (19 September) to mid-October (12 October 2017), EVO members as well as all those who are interested in EVO and want to get to know the club in Berggasse have the opportunity to participate in different workouts free of charge!
Every Tuesday and Thursday our personal trainer Adrian offers the following workouts:

TRX MOBILITY

Flexibility is the total available range of motion of a movement. Mobility is how well you can move through that range of motion! Training with TRX is simple, but very effective. Train with your own weight – you will never “outgrow”. Improve your movement and mobility with our TRX course!

KETTLEBELLS FOR BEGINNERS

Improve your muscular strength and endurance through learning the basics with Kettlebell resistance in motion. Kettlebells train the entire body, improve your strength and burn stubborn fat. Learn functional training with Kettlebells in our 30-minute sessions!
