WE ARE LOOKING FOR ENFORCEMENT
REGIONAL MANAGER - VIENNA - (f/m/d), full-time
In this exciting role you will work very closely with the CEO. You are locally on site and take care of the existing branches. EVO is on an expansion course in Vienna. That’s why you actively help in the search for new locations and their development.
YOUR TASKS
- Supervise and ensure smooth operations in all branches.
- Cooperation with various external partners in the area of technology and consumables, including budget responsibility
- Implementation and control of the club’s internal or regional marketing and sales activities
- Development of a regional sales strategy in coordination with the corporate objectives
- Analysis of new trends on the market as well as early recognition of new growth opportunities
- Conclusion and maintenance of company cooperations (B2B marketing)
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Social media community management
- Responsibility for the opening of new clubs
- Planning and execution of pre-sales activities
- Coordination between brand management and external suppliers
- Recruiting of the team
- Management of club managers and regional team
- Implementation of new club activities in cooperation with the club managers
- Recruiting and motivation of the regional team
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree with business background and/or at least 3 years of experience in a management position
- Fitness background of great advantage
- Strong marketing and sales skills
- Strong, empathic and motivating leadership personality
- Enthusiasm for the fitness industry and a healthy lifestyle
- Excellent communication skills and very good German and English language skills (English is company language)
- Online marketing and customer relation management experience an advantage

The foreseen minimum salary for this position is € 42000.00 annually (40h/week). We will determine your salary according to your experience and your profile.
