PLANTAR PLATE ANALYSIS WITH ADRIAN

Do you want to take care of your feet, improve your foot function and balance?
The Plantar Plate evaluates your centre of gravity, point of peak pressure, lateral and anterior/posterior balance, plus plantar fascia health. This can be done in a static state or during walking.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVALL TRAINING WITH LISA

The HIIT consists of intervals of short but intense exercises, of less intensive training sessions or training breaks. This is The fastest and most effective method to reduce body fat content and build muscles. Scientific studies confirm: already after eight weeks of training a considerable loss of body fat is possible.

YOGA WALL STRETCHING WITH LISA

After an exhausting workout or a long day at work, yoga stretching at the Yoga Wall is the perfect way to end the day.
As you move slowly through the exercises and control your breathe, you will find rest and silence in your mind and thoughts.

FOAMROLLING WITH ADRIAN

Foam rolling, also known as self-myofascial release, is a way of massaging away the tension in your muscles. You use a foam roller by lying on top of it, placing the muscle you wish to roll directly over the foam roller. Then roll your muscle over the foam roller, stopping anytime you feel tension in the muscle. Over time you continue your routine gradually releasing muscle tightness Cheaper and more convenient than a massage, some of the benefits include injury prevention, quicker recovery, removal of lactic acid after training and improved mobility and flexibility!
