1. SIT-UPS WITH BALL
Do a sit-up and give or throw the ball to your partner. You can choose if you both want to continuously perform sit-ups without stopping or if you want to rest while your partner is doing his or her sit-up.
2. PUSH-UPS WITH HIGH-FIVE
After each push up, lift your arm and give each other a high-five on each hand.
3. THE BOAT WITH CIRCLES
Sit in the boat position facing each other and make half-circles with your legs – from right to left and left to the right.
4. SIDE LUNGE WITH BALL TRANSFER
Perform a lunge to both sides and then give the ball to your partner. While your partner is doing the lunges, you wait in a static position to receive the ball back.
5. PLANK WITH PUSH-UP
Start with a plank position with straight arms. Do a push up. Get down to the plank position on your elbows and return back to the plank position with straight arms.
6. PLANK
Finish your workout with a flat stomach challenge. See who can hold the plank position longer!
